Free Treats for Pets in Costume @ Whole Health Pet Center
Oct 6 @ 2:30 pm – Oct 31 @ 5:09 pm

Emunity treatsBring your pet to a scheduled appointment wearing their Halloween costume and get a free treat! We love your pets here.  We love making them happy. While we often give treats to our patients in the exam room, we think they might enjoy having one to take home.
Our favorite treats here are called Emunity, by a local company out of Olathe.  They use human-grade ingredients including emu and sweet potato.  No artificial ingredients here!

At Whole Health Pet Center we believe in offering health from the inside out.  This includes a diet made of whole food ingredients, free of processing and chemicals.  Our treats follow that philosophy.  Most pets love them, even in the exam room. Even cats will enjoy these treats, so if you can actually get a cat to keep a costume on, feel free to bring your cat dressed up as well.

To get the free treat, your pet MUST have an appointment.  Why?  We schedule by appointment only to make sure that every patient is offered plenty of time with the doctor.  We also don’t like to keep our clients waiting, although our coffee station in the waiting room can make their time comfortable if they do.  Offering service like this is just one of the ways we try to make your experience at our clinic stress-free and enjoyable.  We pride ourselves on our customer service.

Call us at 816-331-1868 to schedule your appointment to day to find out why being a patient at Whole Health Pet Center is a treat for everyone!

Whole Health Pet Center is a holistic veterinary clinic near Raymore, MO.  We stress building pet health from the inside out, using natural therapies.  Our preventive philosophy relies on keeping pets healthy instead of waiting until they get sick.  We offer free seminars approximately monthly on various pet health topics.

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medical therapy that uses very thin needles inserted into specific anatomical locations on the body.
Insertion of acupuncture needles into these points has several effects. There is a local effect of stimulating circulation, bringing anti-inflammatory chemicals and cells to the area. Also, signals are sent to the spinal cord, causing blockage of pain signals from the area. Finally, neurons in the brain secrete endorphins,  neuro-transmitters related to morphine that cause pain control at the central level. There are also numerous other effects on the body

We hope you can join us for this fun and informational seminar.  Dr Leonard is an experienced public speaker at dog clubs, local vet tech schools, and other venues.  She enjoys educating pet owners.  Questions from the audience will be encouraged following the demonstration.  Please do not bring your pets to this event.
